When booking, Card is required on file for cancellation fee purposes. The website does not charge you at the time of booking. After making your appointment you will receive a message from me with address details. You are required to pay a $25 deposit which will be deducted from your total cost. Deposit is non refundable. If you need to reschedule please do 48 hrs in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Please arrive on time, there is only a 10 minute grace period if you are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, appointment will be canceled and cancellation fee will apply. No exceptions. You are paying for artist time, products and other expenses used to provide a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. There is a 3 day correction time if you have any issues with your cut or color after your appointment. If a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary touch up if its at fault of application or product. Any concerns after 3 days of your service or failed to follow aftercare instructions, charge of any changes will apply.
